Techniques for this project

You are going to be working in Peyote stitch to make this beaded box. The specific variations you will use are:

  • circular peyote
  • tubular peyote
  • increasing in the middle of a row
  • decreasing in the middle of a row
  • stitch-in-the-ditch
  • zipping up

Now, don't worry if those are techniques you've never used before. That's the point of doing this virtual workshop, rather than just following a tutorial. I will be demonstrating the techniques, so you can learn as you progress through the project.

You can also ask me questions, or get help if you get stuck.

If you're still not sure whether you will be able to learn from my videos, then check out this free course. See if that works for you. And if it does, you can feel reassured that you will be able to make this project too.
