This bundle of 3 courses is a supplement to my beading pattern, 'Katie's Kube Beaded Box'. It uses video demonstrations to teach you the techniques you will be using on the project. You will also need a copy of the PDF tutorial in order to complete the project. This can be purchased from my Beadflowers website, or my Etsy store. (links are included in the curriculum at the bottom of this page).
Who is this course for?
This is for anyone who wants to make the beaded box project, but needs additional help with their basic CRAW skills.
It is also for anyone who simply wants to improve their CRAW skills. So, you can purchase this course bundle and save money, as I'm about to explain...
Why should I take this?
If you purchase this course bundle, you will save 10% versus taking each of the three courses separately.
However, if you already have some of the necessary skills, it might be cheaper for you to just take one or two of the courses, on their own, rather than purchasing this bundle. I have explained how that works in the tutorial. So, if you are unsure whether this is right for you, please get a copy of the tutorial first, read through that, and then decide whether you need this bundle in addition.
How does this work?
If you decide this is the right option for you, please enrol on this course. You will then gain access to the three technique courses:
- How to make beaded boxes using CRAW
- How to make beaded beads using CRAW
- Advanced Cubic Right Angle Weave tutorials
If you prefer to take the courses individually, please use the main menu in the header at the top of this page, to return to 'all courses' and pick the ones you need from there.
Before you decide, read through the introductory section of the curriculum, below. This will let you decide whether this package is right for you or not.
Hi! I'm Katie and I'm here to help you become a better beader. Now, no matter whether you've just started out or you've been beading for a while, you probably come across things you don't understand or can't do.
So, that's where I come in. I've been beading since 2003. I was self-taught originally, so I'm pretty sure that whatever 'pain point' you're currently experiencing, it's something I've also faced and overcome. Which means I understand your frustration, but I can also help you to find a way through it.
My own beading experience covers a multitude of different techniques (beadweaving, French beading, bead embroidery and more!). I've published books, patterns in magazines, I even edited a beading magazine for 3 years! And I'm a qualified teacher.
All of that is very nice, but it's not what drives me. I am passionate about beading, in all its forms, and I want others to share that passion. So, my dream is to help more people, like you, to get the most out of their beading. That's why I set up the 'Become a Better Beader' group and why I started publishing beading courses. I've developed the courses specifically to address the things that people tell me they are struggling with. So, if there's something you find difficult, let me know about it.
